Former Prison Guard and Police Officer Gets Time In Federal Prison For Child Porn

Sinchuk Rallis of Warrington Pa, built his life around lawmen. In San Francisco, he was a cop for 16 years, until he relocated to Bucks County. There he worked as a prison guard for Bucks County. Until he was caught with 609 videos and 249 photos on his electronic devices showing children as young as infants being raped, tortured and abused sexually.
Rallis entered a guilty plea last year to distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.He just learned his fate. Eight years behind bars in federal custody and a decade of probation when he is released.
Rallis was caught due to a tip to law enforcement. The Department of Homeland Security did the investigation.
