Police detected the odor of fresh and burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. Both occupants stated they did not possess medical marijuana cards. In plain view, officers observed marijuana packaging and a marijuana cigar inside the vehicle, officers said.

When an officer asked to search the car, permission was denied. At that time, the driver and passenger were identified as Xianni Stallings or Nasir Smith and let go. Police towed the car waiting for a warrant. They now have warrants out for them, charging them with Persons Not to Possess a Firearm ▪ Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number ▪ Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License ▪ Possession With Intent to Deliver.

When police contacted them and gave them the opportunity to surrender, they refused to do so. Now police are asking for the help from the general public. If you see them or know where to find them, police would appreciate a call at (216) 633-3719. You do not have to give your name.
