James Russell Nick Combs, 18 of Chalfont PA was banned from attending sporting events at Central Bucks High School South, due to previous problems with his conduct. On February 17, 2026, he is alleged to have attended a basketball game even though administrators had previously barred him from attending events, police said. When an officer went to speak with him, he is alleged to have become belligerent , and told the officer “I don’t have time for you today,” repeatedly interrupting and telling the officer to “shut up.” He became loud and caused a disturbance in the presence of others. As a result, Combs was cited for Disorderly Conduct, Warrington Police said.

He came back on February 25, 2026 and again went to a basketball game. He made a feeble attempt to conceal his face by pulling a hoodie tight around his face, That alone drew suspicion. When security approached, Combs was dismissive of them telling them “Make them come and get me.”.

They did. As officers approached, Combs stated, “Don’t touch me and I’ll go, but don’t touch me,” while clapping loudly in an apparent effort to draw attention and incite other students. As the officer escorted him toward the exit, Combs abruptly turned and began walking further into the building. He remained belligerent and dismissive throughout the encounter. Combs placed under arrest for trespassing and transported to the police station. Once at the station officers located a fake identification card in his possession. Combs was processed and released.
