Female Turns A Simple Shoplifting Case Into A Felony Robbery In Frankford

When the female in the above photo walked into the beauty shop on the 4600 block of Frankford Ave on March 31, 2026, she was not a customer. She was a thief. She was observed on camera acting suspicious and then taking some merchandise into the back corner of the store.
You can see her clear as day, trying to conceal the merchandise. She was not very good at it. When she was approached by store employees, instead of running or throwing the merchandise, the female pulled out pepper spray and sprayed the employee.
Up until that time, it was a simple retail theft. The assault escalated it to a felony robbery and now police are trying to find who she is. The camera system got a good view of her face. She should be easily identified.
