Male Arrested For Stabbing His Father

28 year old Devin Jenkins, is under arrested, charged with murder and weapons offenses, after police said he allegedly stabbed his 61 year old father, Kevin Jenkins multiple times with a knife just after 11:30 PM April 4 2026. This happened on the front porch of a residence on the 600 block of West Wingohocking Street, police said.
Police said the two were in an argument when it turned violent. The elder Jenkins was rushed to Einstein Hospital where he passed at 12:11 AM April 5, 2026. Devin sustained a finger injury and was taken to Temple Hospital for treatment, before being taken to the police station.
