  By Alex Lloyd Gross Police in Bensalem Bucks County have arrested a homeless man,  Erik Finnegan  after he confessed to dumping the body of 25 year old Stephanie Machen  along Mill Road. near the border with Philadelphia. cops said that Machen suffered a drug overdose inside a house on W.
