Stolen Halloween Decorations and Traffic Cones In Lower Makefield



These are just some of the recent things going on in the township that got the attention of  the police recently:

RETAIL THEFT 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 7:14PM. Loss Prevention reported four unknown persons removed $226.98 worth of merchandise without paying.
October 25, 2019 ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST 1300 block of Newtown Yardley Rd. reported at 7:29PM. Police responded to the report of a one vehicle accident into a utility pole. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 36 year old male driver from Middlesex, NJ for Driving Under the Influence.
 CRIMINAL TRESPASS ARREST 100 block of Mt. Eyre Rd. reported at 10:16AM. Police responded to the report of unknown person(s) trespassing. Further investigation led to a 40 year old male from Newtown, PA for False ID to Law Enforcement, Defiant Trespass and related charged. A records check revealed the male was also wanted…
October 25, 2019 CREDIT CARD FRAUD 200 block of Cinnabar Ln. reported at 8:52AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $299.99.
October 25, 2019 BURGLARY Unit block of Black Rock Rd. reported at 7:36PM. Police responded to the report of a burglary at the location. unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via the front door and removed jewelry. October 25, 2019 THEFT 1300 block of Edgewood Rd. reported at 4:42PM. Complainant reported theft of tools from the rear of the home.
 October 25, 2019 FORGERY 2000 block of E. Wellington Rd. reported at 3:55PM. Complainant reported unknown person forged their signature and cashed a check using their account.
DRUG ARREST 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 4:46PM. Police responded to the report of a male at the location running and dancing around shirtless. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 33 year old male from Bensalem, PA for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
November 1, 2019 DRUG ARREST Harvey Ln. & Lakeshore Dr. reported at 8:07PM. Police responded to the report of multiple vehicles parked at the dead end with the odor of marijuana emanating. Further investigation led to the arrest of an 18 year old male from LMT for possession of marijuana.
November 1, 2019 IDENTITY THEFT 1600 block of Spring Mill Ct. reported at 9:49AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their identity to make purchases at Home Depot.
Theft :Complainant reported theft of township traffic cones places around a speed trailer.
November 1, 2019 DISORDERLY CONDUCT 1100 Edgewood Rd. reported at 8:15AM. Three males came to headquarters to report that they were the ones involved in thefts of Halloween decorations from Emerald Dr. on 10/24 and from Saxony Dr. on 10/25. A 19 year old male and two 18 year old males from Langhorne, PA to be cited for Disorderly…
November 1, 2019 THEFT 200 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 12:14PM. Complainant reported theft of bicycle from the unlocked shed on or about 10/14.
THEFT 600 block of Saxony Dr. reported at 1:56PM. Complainant reported theft of Halloween decoration from front yard.
