Suspicious package near city hall

A suspicious bag drew the attention of police today just before 3;00 pm outside city hall in Philadelphia. someone left a bag unattended and it piqued the interest of cops. The area was cordoned off and traffic was stopped on 15th street for about 15minutes. Representatives from the Bomb squad arrived in a nondiscript van, examined the bag and determined that it was harmless.
The bag was left near the street on the walkway nearest to15th Street. No injuries were reported . Pedestrians nearby had no idea what was happening as they enjoyed their lunch on on Dillworth Plaza.
