Suspected drunk driver arrested with kids in car after crash

A suspected drunk driver was arrested after he crashed his vehicle into another car, sending two people to a local hospital. The crash happened just after 5:00 PM at the intersection of Bensalem Blvd and Flushing Ave.. Cops said the driver had his wife and kids in the car with him at the time of the crash. They were not hurt. The wreck happened when he apparently made a left turn in front of another car.
No other vehicles were involved. The driver and passenger of the other car were not seriously hurt. As cops gave the male driver a field sobriety test, he failed it, and then was escorted out of the view of his children, where he was taken into custody. Cops said before the man can be formally charged, he must be tested . Formal charges would come later.
