Philly cops offer 20 grand for info in murder case

Police have a video of the person they are looking for in connection with a murder that took place in north Philadelphia . The problem is, they do not know who he is or where he is at. The shooting happened January 9 2017 on the 2200 block of Cecil B.Moore Ave. The victim, was shot one time in the head at that location. It has been almost a year and a half since this crime and perhaps you can help cops close the case and get paid too.
Take a look at this video to see him. It has been slowed down substantially so you can get a good look at him. It happened during day light hours too.
He is described as a black male that appears to be in his late 20’s to late 30 years-of-age, tall, medium built. He was wearing a black in color, long hooded winter coat and distinct athletic type high top shoes. The male is believed to frequent the area of the 2200 and 2300 blocks of Cecil B. Moore Ave.
