Bristol Fire Companies Put Out ‘Oven Fire’ on Fourth of July

Bristol Fire Crews responded to reports of an oven fire on 4th of July afternoon.
The fire, on the 100 Block of Buckley Street brought out Bristol Fire Companies 51, 52, and 53 officials said and was reported about 3 p.m.
Borough Fire Marshal Herb Slack said the fire took place in an oven.
No damages were reported and fire crews ran a fan for 5 minutes to clear out some smoke, Slack said.
Everyone in the structure got out safely, said Slack.
