Cops: Falls Man Charged with Possessing and Disseminating Child Pornography

Kenneth Roberts was arrested by Falls Police for possession of child pornography

 

A Falls Township man has been charged with dissemination of child pronography and possession of pornographic child images on Tuesday.

According to Falls Police, they  investigated a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The alert alleged received Kenneth Roberts III, 25, of Levittown section of Falls as in  possession and  manufacturing and distribution of child pornography on a social networking site.

Police were provided the information from the social media site regarding a blog that contained the sexually explicit images.  Authorities were able to identify the IP address from the user name that is associated to Roberts  and his cellphone was seized,.

Police found additional sexually explicit photographs depicting white male children between the ages of 10-17 years old were downloaded.

One of the illegal images from the cellular phone matched a photograph that had been posted on the social network site.  Roberts was then charged and arrested by police

Roberts is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 31 in front of Justice Vislosky.  He is currently out on bail.
