Two accidents withing a mile of each other  tied up traffic and kept EMT’s busy yesterday during the evening rush on Route 13..  The first crash was a two car accident in front of the train station.  Northbound traffic was jammed coming from Bensalem, as the road was closed in the vicinity of the rear end crash. One driver went to the hospital.  His injuries were not life threatening.  The other driver declined treatment.

Just as that crash was cleared by tow trucks, on the 2300 block of Route 13, another two vehicle accident happened. This one also appeared to be a rear end accident and one driver went to the hospital.  There was an intermittent traffic slow down by the crash scene. Both vehicle had to be towed away.
