Accused Southampton Shooter Now In Police Custody

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department arrested Logan Dean Nicol on Tuesday April 21st, 2020 with the assistance of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Philadelphia Police Department. Nicol was transported to the Bensalem Police Department where he was processed and video Arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gallagher who set his Bail at $200,000 10% and remanded him to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await his Preliminary Hearing.
