Male Gets Into Fight At Take Out Joint, Shoots Victim and Runs

Philadelphia Police are hoping to identify this alleged shooter from a security camera. On August 5 ,2021, at Chelten and Ogontz Avenues. It’s just after 11:00 PM and two males decide on a late night snack. You can see in the video below that a black male with a small black cast on his right arm is waiting outside the store. 
He goes inside and starts an altercation with another customer who was waiting for his food. The dispute turns physical and the accused shooter is fast losing the fight. He at one point is in danger of losing his pants. He is able to get a pistol from where he is hiding it and fires one shot, striking the victim in his hand. The shooter then runs away, and of course does not get his late night snack.
Police are hoping you will look at the video below and if you know who the offender is, give them a call.
