Fish and Seafood must be kept in  a controlled environment while waiting to be consumed, or sold. If it’s not, people could eat it, get sick and possibly die. That is why police in Lower Southampton and Bensalem are looking to arrest this man and put a stop to his thievery.

On March 2,2022 police said that the man in the above photo loaded his cart with fish, meat and other items before pushing his cart out of the store without paying for any merchandise. He fled in a dark colored SUV.  Even with rising prices, the male  still managed to steal enough that makes it difficult to believe it is for his personal consumption.  He could be selling this to shops or possibly be in business for himself. police just released this information March 15, 2022.

People are strongly cautioned not to do business with fly by night  vendors that are selling frozen foods at a really cheap price.  There is no telling how the food was stored, if the seller is a trained and licensed food distributor. If you know who he is, you are asked to call Lower Southampton Police at (215) 357-1234.  Police said that the male in the photo attempted to steal at the Giant store in Bensalem, as well.
