Police: Serial Sex Offender Arrested In Philly

Quintez Adams is in custody. He was arrested today, April 27, 2022 at the 35th police District and transported to Special Victims Unit for processing. Adams is wanted for two rapes that happened on SEPTA property this month. Specifically on April 4, 2022 he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at the train station at 7th and Market Streets at 1:50 PM in the afternoon.
On Sunday, April 24,2022 as another victim rode the Broad Street Subway. She was raped from Erie Ave until Girard Avenue stop at 12: 50 PM. police said Adams is the person responsible for that.
Adams is also accused of masturbating inside of his probation officers cubicle earlier this month. When authorities found out about that, they revoked his probation.
