Black Male Wanted For Ethnic Intimidation In Philly

The male in the above photo and below video is wanted by Philadelphia Police (and possibly the FBI) for ethnic intimidation. This happened June 15, 2023 about 8:15 AM when this guy saw a Jewish man walking along the 700 block of Walnut Street. This man was minding his own business and walking with his one year old child.
When this male carrying a some bags began to follow them and call out anti-Semetic slurs and threatened him with bodily harm. This was not a one time utterance. The threats lasted the entire block. Now police want to arrest the guy with the big mouth and charge him with all kinds of crimes. The entire incident was caught on video and the video is really good quality.
It was 50 years or so ago that the suspect would himself be the victim of racial slurs and beatings. Perhaps he is ignorant of the fact that in certain areas of the country, back then, had he done this vigilantes would seek him out and teach him a violent lesson for what he did. In those areas, Some of those inflicting that “lesson” would be police out of uniform. Racial injustice was not only condoned but encouraged by some. The male is ignorant because those of the Jewish faith have been some of the biggest supporters of black causes and loudest voices against racial discrimination.
It’s not 1929 any more. Police want to arrest him and have him face charges. They may also turn him over to federal authorities. He will be treated fairly. Should he be suffering some kind of mental illness, they will get him the help he needs.
