Philly Police Looking For Senior Citizen Arsonist For Logan Area Fire

Philadelphia Police just released a photo of the male they allege was responsible for a house fire that damaged several houses on March 1,2023. Police said that Mark Perkins intentionally set a fire at a residence on the 100 block of West Cliveden Street. There were no injuries however the fire did spread to several adjacent row homes on the block.
Police identified him as Mark Perkins. They did not offer any motive or say how he knew the people in the house.
