Missing Child Drowned In Bucks County Found In Philly

The body of a missing two year old was found yesterday, floating in the Delaware River in Port Richmond. Police in Upper Makefield confirmed that the identity of the girl is in fact Matilda Sheils. She went missing last week when severe storms came though Upper Makefield and washed away their car.
The body was found about 5:30PM . Crews are still out on the river searching for 9-month old Conrad Sheils who has not been found. This location is over 30 miles away from where the family was first reported to be missing Police recovered the body with the help of their marine unit
Upper Makefield Police wrote on their Facebook Page “After yesterday’s news, we know so many are still reeling at the tragic loss of life, but we are grateful that prayers were answered and that we were able to bring Mattie home. This has only strengthened our resolve to reunite Conrad with his family and sister.”
The body was found just south of the Betsy Ross Bridge.
