Philadelphia authorities are looking to arrest a male that set a restaurant on fire July 25, 2023 at about 4:00 AM. As some criminals do, this guy covered his face by putting his plain white t shirt over his face. He broke into the Tacodelphia, on the 400 block of South Broad Street. Once inside, he set the place on fire then left. They just released video of this.
Not content with that, this rocket scientist then went back inside the establishment without his face covering. He then finds a a nearby plastic trash can and throws it into the fire to increase the fuel load on the already burning fire. After loitering around watching the firefighting activity, the male is seen going down to the subway at 4:48:50AM. There are cameras in the subway and cameras all around the area.
Suspect Description: Black male, approximately 6 ‘0″ to 6’2″ in height, thin build, 20 to 25 years of age, white shirt, shorts and white sneakers
