Here Is The Guy Arrested For Stealing A Sailboat

Philadelphia Police have released the mug shot of Roger Pojar, who police said allegedly took a sailboat that was on the dock near the Pier 5 without permission.. The boat, was 28 foot with a Liberty Sailing Club banner was attached to it was found after police Marine Unit and the US Coast Guard were notified about it.
Within 30 minutes the boat was stopped by the police boat. Pojar who was the only one on the boat then told officers he was armed and worked for a federal agency. He did not. The gun was stolen. Pojar was then taken into custody and transported back to land.
The stolen boat was found near the Walt Whitman Bridge, about two miles from where it was docked for a training session.
