Male Arrested In Bucks County Violent Domestic Assault

People in relationships get into arguments. It’s a fact of life. Occasionally, an argument turns violent and someone goes to jail. That is what happened on September 9,2023. Police in Perkasie announced that they arrested Isaiah Velazquez of Sellersville, following a domestic assault that happened.
An argument took place where Veleazquez was inside an apartment on Ridge Avenue. He is accused of allegedly confronting the victim, while he was armed with a knife and a machete He was swinging both and cut the victim at least once, police said.The male was taken to Grandview Hospital .
An arrest warrant was secured for Velazquez and he was taken into custody by Perkasie and Pennridge Regional Police without incident, police said. His charges include Attempted Criminal Homicide , assault and weapons offenses.. His bond was set at $1,000,000.
