Shoplifter Threatens To Shoot Police In Warrington

An accused shoplifter was arrested in Warrington, by police . They were on patrol near the Home Depot when multiple people flagged down the officer who told them a male had just stolen multiple items and ran into the woods behind the store.

Police checked and the male saw officers and ran through the woods. He was later spotted on the 700 block of Griffiths Road when officers tried to arrest him he told them “You’re lucky I didn’t have my piece on me because I would be shooting at you”. this male also made several other threats to harm the police officers at a later time.

The male was identified as Scott Charles Parsons. He is from Levittown Pa. Had he kept quiet, he would have been cited and released. Instead he was transported to the Bucks County Prison under $10,000 bail. He is charged with retail heft, eluding police, threats and related offenses. Police said he has warrants out for his arrest but they did not specify what they were for. .
