High Maintenance Thieves Hit Ulta Beauty In Middletown
Middletown Police are looking to identify two shoplifters that managed to conceal more than $4000.00 in merchandise from the Ulta store and walk out without paying. Police just released the images yesterday . They did not say when the theft happened.
Some store have better cameras than others and Ulta has a lot of really good equipment, hence the clear images. Police called the theft :impressive but illegal”. This duo is a shining example of how stores close up and that hurts neighborhoods. . When stores close, they are usually replaced with fast food take out places or cash for gold establishments.
