Male Finds Wallet, Uses Credit Cards In Bensalem

When people find things on the ground, they sometimes do the right thing and make an effort to return that item. Other times, even when the rightful owner is easily identified they will keep the item or try to exploit it for their own benefit.
Bensalem Police said that is exactly what happened on November 18, 2023. A customer was shopping inside the Home Depot on Bristol Pike when they lost their wallet. It was recovered by the male in the above photo. He immediately began to use the credit cards but was unsuccessful.
The wallet owner’s bank started to notify him that someone was trying to charge over $4000.00 to his credit card Police were able to obtain photos and shared some of the suspect. They are looking to identify him. You can call (215) 633-3719 if you know who he is.
