Authorities say you should never react to or become involved in road rage. That message apparently never reached Aliyou Kiadee , from Southwest Philadelphia. On December 16 2023 he was driving a black Hyundai Genisis on Easton road when another vehicle merged into his lane of travel, from the shoulder, police said.

Kiadee is accused of allegedly switching lanes, rolling down his passenger window and pulling a pistol from the glove box. He allegedly pointed it at the other driver saying “I could kill you right now”, before driving off. No shots were fired. The other driver called police and reported what happened.

It was a few minutes later the Hyundai and tag were broadcast to Warrington and Horsham Police. The vehicle was stopped in Horsham. Police from Warrington arrested him and transported him back to town, where he faces charges of Terroristic Threats, and related charges.

He was released on $40,000 unsecured bail.
