Firefighters Make Quick Work Of Bensalem House Fire

It was just before noon today, that fire crews in Bensalem were called to a house on Cricket Lane for a report of a house fire. When companies got to the scene they found smoke coming from the garage area.
Extra companies were called from Penndel and Bristol Township. While Bristol companies were recalled, Tower 8 from Penndel went in service. There were no reports of any injuries and the fire was brought under control quickly.
Crickett Lane was closed in the vicinity of the fire. The cause is under investigation. The construction on Gibson Road did not hamper the response from responding companies.
