Remains Of A Child Found In North Philadelphia

It was just before 10:00 AM when a worker doing some construction/clean out type work on a property on the 600 block of North 38th Street found a duffel bag in the year yard. When it was opened, the remains of a small child were inside.
Police set up a crime scene and took over the investigation. The body was decomposing so badly,the gender of the child could not be determined.
At this time, investigators have no more information on the child,let alone how long it was left there, or a name.
