Red Reign, Will Open For Nazareth, May 11, 2024 In Wilmington
Red Reign is a power rock band from Richmond Virginia. According to Sammy Lee, the bands drummer, and Carlton “Bubba” McMichael ( lead vocals) were playing in different bands. Then the two formed Red Rein in 2013. According to Lee, We have been playing out on the road off and on since 2017.
“When the pandemic hit, we sat down and wrote this album, which came out last year. Now we are on tour opening for the iconic band Nazareth,” Lee said., While Nazareth has only Pete Agnew as an original member, they do still tour.
That tour will take them to The Queen, which is in Wilmington Delaware. Red Reign was picked to open for them on this tour. According to Lee, they get to play 30 minutes and after the show they like to come to the merch table to meet their fans.
