Bensalem Resident Arrested For Child Porn Distribution

Richard Schnee is in serious trouble with police. He was arrested after Bensalem officials got an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They thought that Schnee was sharing child pornography with other users via the Discord server. This tip came in April 9, 2024, police said.
The investigation was launched and Schnee did in fact have an account with Discord. Investigators found he allegedly shared images and messages with other users, some of those messages were about children. One comment he allegedly sent said “…pregnant 6yos would be hot…”., police said.
When police served a search warrant on his home on Inlet Drive. They seized electronics such as cell phones and computers. Images depicting sex assaults on prepubescent children being sexually assaulted were found. One even depicted the sexual assault of an infant, police said.
Police said that on May 24,2024 Schnee turned himself in at the Bensalem Police headquarters building.
He was charged with Sexual Abuse of Children: Dissemination, Possession of Child Pornography, and related charges. He was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $2,000,000 bail.
