Police Investigate Pedestrian Accident In Croydon

Police in Bristol Township were called to Route 13 and Newportville Road to investigate a struck predestine yesterday about 4:30 PM.
Police said that the car was traveling on Route 13 when the pedestrian, a male, 38, crossed the street from Newportville Road, towards the train station. The car, a 2008 Toyota came to a controlled rest against a curb , facing North on Route 13.
The windshield of the car was smashed and the car sustained heavy damage to the front hood. The pedestrian was listed in serious condition. Police are trying to determine the cause of the crash. Roads around the area were closed for several hours.
