DNA Helps Capture Feasterville Thief In Cold Cases

A male who has been sitting in a State Prison in Somerset County Pennsylvania has been identified as the person behind auto thefts and vehicle break ins in the Lower Southampton area. He will be transported back to Bucks County where he will face charges.
Tierre D. Wilson is said to have been the driver of a crashed, stolen car on Bustleton Pike and Franklin Avenue. When police arrived they found the vehicle, a 2005 GMC Envoy i9n a business parking lot with heavy front end damage. No one was around. The vehicle was taken during a burglary. It was processed for DNA evidence.
On March 17,2023 a vehicle was stolen from Windswept Drive. In close proximity, police said several other cars were broken into and items stolen. Wilson left his DNA behind and police found it when the cars were processed..
March 25, 2024 the vehicle from Windswept Dr. was recovered in Philadelphia after it was abandoned along a Philadelphia street. Detectives went to the recovery location and processed the vehicle for forensic evidence (DNA). The recovered evidence was sent to the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Lab for forensic analysis and was returned with a suspect identification.
Inmates at state prisons have their DNA on file. The DNA matched for Wilson, police said. When he is brought back to Bucks County, he will face charges of Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a automobile, Criminal Mischief and Accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.
