Dear ( Insert name here)

The show started about 6:15 with the band Filter kicking things off. They were a standard rock show, playing for a solid 30-35 minutes before a Ministry took the stage. This crowd pleasing band, and brought out some new material including a song about white trash.
Up next was Alice Cooper, a true legend. With so much good material out there, it was a treat to seeing him do the songs he chose to put into the set. An instrumental version of “The Black Widow,” and a blistering rendition of “Under My Wheels” should give an example of how special a night this was.

Alice and his band took us back to the 1990 tour with :Poison”,which was one is his biggest hits. When he did “Billion Dollar Babies”, a monster appeared on stage with a confetti cannon, blowing fake money into the front rows of the crowd.
This performance would be nothing without the amazing band behind him. it’s the same band that has been with him for years. Ryan Roxie, Tommy Henrikson, Glen Sobe, Chuck Garric and Nite Strauss. There was a small platform at the front of the stage that Alice would perform from. At times Nita would join him and after a few seconds, he would playfully shoo her away. Alice lost his head when his wife, dressed in an elaborate freakish costume lead him to a guillotine.
This was a co headline tour and Rob Zombie was next. His stage show encompassed fire jets that could be felt many rows back.. Zombie is another legend made famous when MTV would show bits of their “Thunder Kiss 1965” video during Beavis and Butt Head in the 1990’s The two would be awe struck and say “This rules”.

Zombie left out a lot of show staples this time, but he did play “Living Dead Girl” and closed the set with “Dragula”. His set comprised of large aliens, and other beings on the stage, and more pyro. Zombie first took the stage on a huge platform.
He stayed on that for one song, before coming down stage level, For the show, he prowled both ends of the stage making sure every one got a good view. This show played in North Jersey the previous night. Zombie said that the crowd reaction was about even.
All of the reasons above are valid to keep ( insert name) home and unable to function at work. (This excuse is not valid for school, as kids back in the day would see these shows and then go to school wearing the concert t shirt loud and proud.).
Very truly yours,
Alex Lloyd Gross
