Two More Arrested For Illegal Car Meet Activities In Philadelphia

Two more people were arrested by Philadelphia Police for the activities two weeks ago that saw hundreds of people engaged in illegal car meets. The two people are not from this area, in fact one resides in Pittsburgh.
It was about two weeks ago that several street take overs happened. During this time, police officers were assaulted, fires were started and police cars were damaged. Not to mention lives were put at risk when people did burnouts and high speed donuts in their vehicles.
Arrested was Alexis Boyce 20-year-old from Englishtown, New Jersey, turned herself into Philadelphia Police at 600 Arch Street on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 11:15 a.m. Her vehicle a Dodge Challenger was recovered and currently in custody of the Marlboro Township Police Department.
Charges: Causing/Risking a Catastrophe (F3), Riot (F3), Fleeing Police Officer (F3), Criminal Conspiracy (F3), REAP (M2), Criminal Mischief (M2), and Disorderly Conduct (M2).
Albert Woynar 18-year-old from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was arrested by State Troopers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 27, 2024. He was transported to Philadelphia with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police, and Philadelphia Police Major Crimes Auto Squad.
Charges: Causing/Risking a Catastrophe (F3), Riot (F3), Aggravated Assault (F1), Fleeing Police Officer (F3), Criminal Conspiracy (F3), REAP (M2), Criminal Mischief (M2), Simple Assault (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (M2).
Police said more arrests are to come.
