Feasterville Male Arrested For Unlawful Contact With Children

Justin Refsnyder of Scott Street in Feasterville , Bucks County is n trouble with his probation officer and more importantly, the courts. He was placed on probation late last year for possession of child porn, police said. Probation officers visit people and check their electronic devices.
During his most recent visit, Refsnyder refused to turn over his phone, police said. Eventually, he admitted that he had been communicating with someone and sending photos to him, and he agreed to turn over the devices as required by his Sex Offender Supervision.
A forensic search of his phone was done and explicit photos and text messages were sent and he was asking the 13 year old to send him photos. He was using the program TXTNOW, police said.
He is currently in the Bucks County Prison on a probation violation. He won’t be getting out any time soon, as police now have a warrant for his arrest, effective March 28,2025. That warrant will act as a detainer, keeping him in prison, police said. The warrant is for unlawful contact with minors, but could be upgraded to include more charges.
