by Alex Lloyd Gross
Police in Lower Southampton Twp. said that Michael Digiovannagelo, 42 of Philadelphia had allegedly stolen items from the Feastervile ACME in the past. He was caught on camera at least twice, removing unpaid items from the store.

On May 6, 2025, he decided to try his luck again and walked into the ACME on Street Road, wearing the same sweatshirt as he worse on previous thefts, police said. In those past instances, videos and photos of the thefts were circulated to local police.

On May 6, that sweatshirt would prove to be unlucky. As Digiovannagelo, was leaving, a patrol officer was in the parking lot and watched him exit the store with unpaid beverages. He was stopped, could not produce a receipt and was arrested. He was positively identified as committing the prior two thefts on April 28, 2025 and April 30, 2025, Lower Southampton Twp. Police said. The choice of Michael Digiovannagelo wearing the same clothing helped police zero in on him, they said.

Digiovannagelo, was charged with three counts of Retail theft and three counts of Receiving Stolen Property.
