Judge Holds Alleged Bensalem Child Perv In Custody For Very High Bail

Warren Batz, 37,of Slatington Pa, spent the holiday weekend in Bucks County Prison. In fact, court records show that he is still there. He is held on $10,0000,000 bail /10 percent. His crime was sexting what he thought was a 13 year old female .
This started back on May 3, 2025, when Batz, got on a dating app and started to converse with what he thought was a 13 year old girl. He offered her cash and wanted to “hang Out” with her. He wanted to make her his “sugar baby”, according to police, who were chatting him up.
Batz finally arranged to meet the juvenile and brought a new cell phone with him for her to take naked photos and videos of herself. The idea was so she could send them to him. He arrived in Bensalem on June 24 but the “child” could not get free from her parents. Batz wanted to drive her to Slatington, which is about 70 miles away, police said.
Bensalem Police obtained an arrest warrant for Warren Batz charging him with Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Solicitation of Sexual Abuse of Children (Photo/Video), Criminal Attempt Sexual Abuse of Children (Abuse Material), Criminal Attempt Corruption of Minors, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and Luring a Child into a Motor Vehicle.
He was arrested at his place of employment by Pennsylvania State Police on July 3, 2025. Judge Joseph Falcone did the arraignment.
