Delaware Teen Arrested For Mayfair Area Murder

16 year old Jake Kelly Jr. of Middletown Delaware turned himself into police at 400 North Broad Street last night in relation to the shooting death of Rasheid Lynch. Police said the shooting happened about 6:30 PM in the rear of 6300 block of Revere Street, on July 3 of this year.
Lynch, police said was shot multiple times in his neck,chest and shoulder. Police said the motive was robbery. Kelly is charged with Murder, Robbery, gun charges and related offenses. He is being charged as an adult.
Police did not release any other information as to if the two knew each other or what a 16 year old from Delaware was doing in Northeast Philadelphia.
