Regional High Value Retail Theft Ring Busted In Montgomery County

According to authorities in Montgomery County Pa, Balvin Greene,32; Terrell Jackson, 39; and Kristopher Heard, 38, all of Philadelphia allegedly operated a retail theft crew that targeted Home Dept stores in Philly, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. According to court records, the trio would to the stores, grab high-value goods including Ryobi pressure washers, air conditioners, battery starter kits, Shark vacuum cleaners and Milwaukee Battery Chainsaws.

They walked out of the store without paying for anything and then sold the items to a fence in Philly who placed the items for sale at below market prices. Police said the trio was responsible for 38 thefts that exceeded $50,000.

On Aug. 14, 2025, search warrants and arrest warrants were executed in multiple locations in Philadelphia. These operations led to the recovery of approximately $10,000 in stolen goods, $2,000 in cash and illegal drugs. “Organized retail theft is not a victimless crime. It drives up costs for
consumers, threatens the safety of store employees and drains resources from our
communities,” said DA Kevin Steele. “We have been working closely with multiple retailers,
including Home Depot, Target and Lowes, to curtail these organized retail crime
groups and shut down this illegal activity.”


Jackson, Greene and Heard are charged with running a Corrupt Organization,
Organized Retail Theft, Retail Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft, Dealing in the
Proceeds of Unlawful Activity and related charges. Jackson and Greene were arraigned
on Aug. 14, 2025, before Magisterial District Judge Todd Stephens, who set Jackson’s
bail at $25,000 cash and Greene’s bail at $25,077. A preliminary hearing for Jackson
and Greene is scheduled for Aug. 28, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. before Magisterial District
Judge Christopher J. Cerski. Heard is in the process of being extradited from New Jersey and will be arraigned once he is brought back,

  1. These CREEPS, and others like them need to be stopped and jailed.
    This type of crime has happened too frequently to allow.
    And these three crooks don’t give a damn about anything but themselves.
