On August 5, 2025, Danielle Baugh was observed removing $210.90 worth of liquor without payment and fleeing the scene on foot. She was apprehended shortly thereafter. Usually, in a retail theft case, that’s the crux of what happened. However, the staff and the Wine and Spirits store found out that Baugh was not acting alone.

She was accompanied by two others, Khadija Davis and Bobby Young. Davis was in a wheelchair and was assisted by Young. Even though, the arrived together, police said the video shows them entering not all at once. In fact, police said that Bobby Young entered the store and made a small purchase. This was done, police said, to distract the staff inside the store.

While Baugh was arrested, the other two left the store in a vehicle with a displaying an expired and improperly registered license plate to conceal the identity of the vehicle, which was in fact a blue 2003 Lexus RX300.

That car was stopped in Cheltenham Twp. Warrington Police charged Young with Consipiracy, Retail Theft and Fraudulence Use Of A License Plate.
