Frankford Male Arrested For Having Guide to Sexual Relationships With Children

It is a guide book you won’t find anywhere except on the underground dark web. It is a 170 page guide book of how to have sexual relationships with children. That guide was in possession of Frankford resident Abdiel Mendoza, from Griscom Street.
Investigators with the Attorney General’s office said that they got his information from a different investigation and started to track Mendoza. They found he was sharing images of children in sexual situations as well as the book.
Agents found several child sexual abuse material files that Mendoza was sharing on peer-to-peer online platforms. Agents also found a 170-page PDF file, titled, “How to Practice Child Love,” which was described as a how-to guide on engaging in a sexual relationship with a child.
Mendoza was arrested and charged with several felonies. He posted $50,000 bail and was released from custody.
