When Nafis Lamont Donte Fisher, allegedly broke into a home on the 200 block of Miller Drive, Upper Southampton it was about 2:47 AM.October 7 2025. Fisher was not invited in and the occupants of the house did not know him. Still he wound up in the bedroom of a 25 year old female inside the house. He tried to restrain her in bed but the girl fought back and her attacker fled, but before he could leave, he fought the girls mother.

Police were called and they found a kitchen knife in the bed and an electrical cord on the floor near the bed. The suspect was gone, driving a black car. The suspect took passports and identification. He also took a set of Airpods, which proved to be his undoing.

The female victim used her “Find MY” feature on her phone. This showed the Airpods in the vicinity of Davisville Road. When police went there, they found a wallet that had been stolen from the house. The Airpods were seen in Delco and on the PA Turnpike.
A short while later, they were stationary at Aramingo and Somerset. Philadelphia Police were notified and found a black Kia, which was a rental car. Fisher was inside the car, relaxing. He was detained and Upper Southampton Police showed up in Port Richmond.

The officer had the victims phone and used the “Find My” feature for the Airpods. The Airpods let out a shrill beep and they were found inside the car. That vehicle was impounded and brought back to Upper Southampton where a search warrant was served on the vehicle.
While in custody, Fisher made statements that implicated himself in the crime, police said. Fisher was arraigned Tuesday night by Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility under $250,000 bail, 10 percent.

His charges include robbery, home invasion, burglary and related offenses. Police are still trying to determine how Fisher, who lives on the 3000 block of Aramingo Avenue chose that particular hhouse to rob.
