One of the biggest pet peeves of people are movie goes that do not know how to shut up during a movie. That happened at the Regal Cinema in Warrington October 3, 2025. Esra Jesse Wallace was inside and other people were talking. He told them to shut up and an argument happened, police said. Before long, Wallace had show a pistol that was in his waistband.

The manager was called and Wallace was belligerent to him and then showed his gun before leaving and warned them not to come closer. As Wallace left, he got into his car, sped off at a high rate of speed, almost hitting an employee. He sped south and police in Horham stopped him on Horsham Road.

He was detained until Warrington police arrived and then arrested him. Wallace, from Abington refused to allow police to search his car. So his car got towed and police got a warrant. Once they had that, they found a handgun during the vehicle search..

Wallace was charged with Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct. Wallace and his vehicle were transported to the Warrington Police Department, where he was processed and arraigned by Judge Stacy Wertman, who set bail at $50,000 or 10% cash. Wallace was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
