by Alex Lloyd Gross

On October 14,2024, the Solebury Twp. Police posted a notice on their Facebook Page advising people that the 6200 block of Lower Mountain Road would be closed between 7:99 AM and 5:00 PM. These posts are made thousands of times a day across the United States without incident.

On this occasion, a post was published by Manuel Cabral who said he would drive through the area anyway and if any officer stopped him, he would “Shoot them dead”. An investigation was launched and Cabral was arrested in Lower Moreland Twp. on October 17, 2025.

Cabral was arraigned by the Honorable Magistrate Brian Marriott and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post 10% of the $100,000 cash bail. He was charged with Terroristic Threats, Criminal Use Of a Communication Device and Harassment.

He likely is one of those who commit road rage shootings too.
In all due respect, why would anyone post such a threatening thing on the internet?

In a way, it’s good that he “outed” himself as a threat to society.
    Lock that SOB up!
