Tesla Self Drives Into Levittown Dunkin Donuts

by Alex Lloyd Gross

Police in Middletown Twp., Bucks County said that a “self driving issue” was being looked at as the cause for a single accident on the 900 block of South Woodbourne Road. A Tesla operated by a New Jersey resident plowed into the side of a Dunkin Donuts, at the corner of Trenton and Woodbourne Road.

Two employees sustained injuries from the incident, that resulted in structural damage to the building. Brick facing was cracked and township building inspectors were called to determine if the building is structurally sound.

This store is going to be closed for a while, police said they had no idea of when it will re open. The driver of the car was not hurt. Airbags deployed inside all areas of the car.

This crash happened just before 9:30 AM. Originally, fire officials feared the car could catch fire and that fire could extend into the building. Extra equipment was dispatched to the scene but recalled after the car was secured and there was no fire.

  1. Sorry, but those self-driving cars are, and always will be, a threat to humans, as well as anything else they slam into.
Bad enough we’ve got drunk drivers, texting freaks, and punks racing down the streets of America.
Do we really need some automated cars too?

Facts have proven, electronics, technology, have all shown that relying on that stuff is risky, unreliable, and prone to being dangerous.

Look at those Samsung washing machines, exploding, tossing huge parts through laundry room walls.
And those hand appliances, toothbrushes, hair dryers, and shavers – hooked up through Bluetooth “APPS” to tell you if you’re not using the device the right way.
    It’s NUTS!

We never had these problems before!
