Impatient Philly Male Assaults Shopper In Warrington Parking Lot Hit and Run

On November 4 2025 Warrington Police said that Michael Edward Smith, 68, from Philadelphia was in the Aldi parking lot on the 100 block of Easton Road. Apparently, Smith was waiting for a parking space to open but the lady who was loading her car was taking too long from Smith. So he started to tell the woman to hurry up.

Another shopper saw this and intervened, police said. That is when police said Smith is alleged to have directed a racial slur towards that other person. That person quickly rebuked Smith, by informing him that his comments were uncalled for. Police said Smith escalated that by allegedly grabbing this person by the arms and squeezed , causing pain and discomfort, according to police.

Smith then decided to leave the parking lot and sped off, hitting two parked cars in the process. He was heading towards Philadelphia, but his tag was jotted down by the two victims. Police were called and an officer in Upper Southampton saw the car they stopped the car and detained Smith until Warrington officers arrived.

Smith was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and hit and run.

  1. Law enforcement was very lucky to catch this guy. Please don’t let him out unless he’s too weak to commit a crime.

  2. Racial slurs are not a crime unless used to instigate violence. So, he asked a woman who was mentally slow to please hurry up. Another minority person who wasn’t even part of the altercation butted in and told the old guy that he should have some patience. So, the ittitable old man used the N word when he told her to get lost, and she got in his face and berated him verbally, so the old man grabbed her arms and gently pushed her back. The N woman went into a tirade and began verbally lashing him with demeaning insults, and then pulled her phone out and called 911. The old man quickly put his groceries in his car and took off, looking back to see if the bat-sht crat N woman was coming after him. He was likely afraid for his life! When vacating the parking lot in a hurry while terrified, he may have or did not bump into two cars, afraid he was going to be beaten down by the monstrous N woman. After he left, the N woman fell down and began screaming that he had assaulted her. When the Po-po arrived, she was on the ground in tears and panic, screaming about his violent assault. Of course, the first woman with the groceries backed the N woman up, and the cop had to take an incident report and ultimately arrested him and destroyed his life based on a lie.

    1. The guy hit two parked cars and took off. Regardless of everything else, including harassment, because yes calling someone the n-word is harassment, he still committed TWO hit and runs on top of that maybe he should keep his Philthy self TF outta Bucks. Maybe if he had stayed where he belonged this wouldn’t have happened.
