Two Hurt In Multi Vehicle Crash On Bustleton Ave
At least two people were transported by medic units to local hospitals, after at least four vehicles collided on the 11400 block of Bustleton Avenue about 10:30 AM today. Police said one vehicle was north and crossed into the southbound lanes, hitting two other vehicles. Another vehicle was damaged very slightly from debris.
All of the vehicles were disabled in the south bound lanes, which caused traffic to stop and not move, coming south from Rennard Street. Two of the cars were able to be driven away, while two others needed to be towed. At least one SEPTA bus was caught in the southbound standstill for over 20 minutes.
None of the injuries was considered life threatening, police said.It took abut 45 minutes to open the roadway.
