Police Look For Woman Missing From West Philly
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing person Donna Moonah. Donna was last seen at 60th and Market.
Donna is 49 years old, 5’10”, 215 lbs., wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black hat carrying a red and black book bag.
