Holland Elementary Teaching Assistant Busted For Child Porn

Charles Lucas Dingman, 29, of Morrisville, was arrested after authorities got a tip and found that Dingman was asking teenage girls to send him naked photos of themselves on Snapchat and Twitch. He even posed as a 13 year old to encourage a child to send naked, suggestive photos over the internet. Dingman was a Title I instructional assistant at Holland Elementary School within the Council Rock School District
Dingman was arrested earlier today at his home in Yardley, near Morrisville. At this time, police said they have no evidence that any of the children were affiliated with the Holland Elementary School or the Council Rock School District. Digman was also a substitute teacher and a soccer coach.
Dingman was arraigned on Thursday morning on charges of knowingly photographing or filming a child sex act, possession of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel with bail set at $250,000; he bonded out later that day.

Police said the investigation is continuing and detectives are trying to find out who the children were that were compromised on Dingman’s electronic devices, including his cellphone.
